Koustav N. Sarkar (born: 22 December 2002) is an Indian Karate practitioner and Administrator. He is currently a 4th Dan Black Belt from Japan, practicing under the World Shotokan Karate Academy of India. Koustav is the 2017 World Martial Arts Games Champion and a 2 times WMAC Pandemic Games Champion and 1-time Pandemic Games Silver Medalist with a total of 11 International Gold Medals in his name. He was awarded the Martial Arts Hall of Fame 2022 and currently holds both the India Book of Records and International Books of Record for being the Youngest Director of a National Martial Arts Committee.
Koustav completed his class X and class XII from South Point High School, Kolkata under the Central Board of Secondary Education. He currently studying under the Department of Computer Science and Technology in the APC Ray Polytechnic, Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
